When it comes to being plant-based or vegan, one of the greatest challenges is how to make sandwiches which are not dry. Some find the greatest challenge being brain-storming what to make for breakfast, since they choose do away with the use eggs or cow's milk.

1 pkg firm tofu
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (sweet onion or green onion)
1/4 cup green pepper / pickles
2 -3 tsp chicken style seasoning
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp dry or fresh dill
3/4 cup veganaise [or any other vegan mayo]
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
- Rinse tofu well
- Place tofu in a colander over a bowl to drain it.
- Mash tofu
- Add the above ingredients and mix well
